Proactively created dozens of automated processes and multiple recommended improvements to user guides that CIBC WG adopted as standard operating procedure. Actively coached a group of university summer students in the CIBC SWAT program aiming to find better ways to engage and interact with clients at CIBC as well to provide better and more easily accessible resources pertaining to their every day goals and ambitions.

Worked with 15 summer students on projects centered on addressing key issues at CIBC. Workedalongside CIBC Executives, and reporting to CEO Victor Dodig, to focus on innovations that would make CIBC a world-class banking experience in the next 3-5 years. Created a tool focused on Financial Literacyfor the millennial generation.

Individually created a sophisticated third party referral distribution system that streamlined the process of dividing fees with third parties involved in insurance sales. The system was adopted, and is now being used by the CIBC Wood Gundy Products team with Financial Advisors. Worked with Senior Managers assisting the insurance team in creating an incentive program to increase revenue. Conceptualized and created improved procedures which were implemented to facilitate improved execution of everyday tasks. Participated in the update of the insurance website and creation of segregated funds marketing pieces.

Worked for a Senior Retail Advisory team in Mississauga. Proposed and developed a sophisticatedstreamlined Know Your Client documentation updating process using Excel tracking that was adopted and remains as standard operating procedure with the team.
