Individually created a sophisticated third party referral distribution system that streamlined the process of dividing fees with third parties involved in insurance sales. The system was adopted, and is now being used by the CIBC Wood Gundy Products team with Financial Advisors. Worked with Senior Managers assisting the insurance team in creating an incentive program to increase revenue. Conceptualized and created improved procedures which were implemented to facilitate improved execution of everyday tasks. Participated in the update of the insurance website and creation of segregated funds marketing pieces.
