Responsible for partnering with the SB Application team on implementation of changes (code deployment, patching and life cycle management)Frontline support of the 25+ Small Business applications (internal WF business support teams)Mainframe support group for data managementOther Platform support activities which include OS middleware expertise, OS patching support, lower environment support, cloud migration and focal point to all IT initiatives within the bank.

Supporting multiple lines of business utilizing ~30 team members both regional and worldwide.The Asset Management team is responsible for procurement activities that include physical and virtual architecture, with subject expertise in operating systems, firewalls, networking, load balancing and storage solutions.The Data Center Management team is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Responsibilities include physical server handling (installing and decommissioning), monitoring of the environment (cooling and cabinet space) and other physical activities (running cables, vendor escorts, security).The Test Environments team is responsible for engineering support of our test environments that span across both our Colorado and North Carolina locations.The Technology Refresh and Organic Growth team is responsible for shepherding the procurement requests through other teams within the Technology Division, validating requirements before delivery to our application partners.The Atlassian Application team is responsible for several internally used applications including JIRA and SharePoint.The Infrastructure Monitoring team is responsible for developing custom code as well as utilizing Wells Fargo internal applications for hardware and application alerting.The Access Management team supports all access audit work and performs day to day functions supporting user and group level access needs.

The Predictive Dialer team supports the infrastructure and applications that call centers agents use to dial customers (sales and collections).

The Contact Center Applications team is responsible for several applications designed to record agent conversations (used for both training and compliance) as well as to schedule agents working out of call centers or other back office department environments.
