In this role I researched the residential investment marketplace and the development opportunities selected by the firm to be presented to clients for consideration. As part of this, I would collate information from a range of sources in order to provide clients with the holistic information they required in order to make investment decisions with confidence. I was also responsible for the management of client communication with regards to the progress of their purchase and subsequent tenanting and maintenance of the asset.

As a member of the Boral Graduate Program I was exposed to a range of business departments including client services, accounts payable and the projects team. Working with the projects team on a variety of IT based assignments I was responsible for the analysis of different software solutions for our national network. The pinnacle of this was upgrading the Standard Operating Environment for the firm, specifically tasked with managing and controlling project risk strategy, communications planning, schedule management and cost control.
