Management of an operational entity of 115 people, executives and technicians- Managed 2 sites dedicated to the operation and maintenance of the gas distribution network. Within the Strategy Division of GRDF:- Responsible for the outlook of natural & renewable gas balance towards 2035 in French gas networks, reference document updated each year as required by the French Energy Code. Coordination with others transmission & distribution network operators. Consultation with external stakeholders, as the French Energy Ministry, civil society and economical actors.- Update and improvement of prospective gas demand models for each consumption market (residential, commercial, industrial...)- Support GRDF regional delegates with specific scenarii to meet regional policies regarding energy efficiency towards 2050.- Active watch and collaboration on external prospective studies related to global and local energy balance in France on the long term, in order to support the place of gas in this future mix.- Management of a team of 3 people.

- Market making forward curves for distillates, fuel oil and main crudes (European and main Asian markets) to other traders and sales force throughout the company- Pricing vanilla and complex oil formula to internal and external clients- Managed commodities, currencies and rate exposures resulting from the above via OTC trades and exchanges- Developed proprietary strategies on main european oil products, based on fundamentals and technical analysis- Runs, checks and reports daily P&L, positions and limits risk analysis- Asset Backed trading : 9 months as analyst on main continental Europe gas markets

- Implementing the new energy management framework to transfer risks from gas portfolio to Trading- Defining operational principles, modelling multiple constraints to deliver workable strategies- Bimonthly status feedback to Division top management- Participation in the creation of the new gas portfolio management desk in Paris- Management of oil and FX financial positions on behalf of Gas Supply Division: Definition and execution of hedging strategies
