Aside from basic plumbing, unclogging sinks and water closets, my responsibilities include, maint. to all domestic water lines, drain lines, storm-water lines. The hospital steam system, the Nitrogen medical gas system, the liquid O2 tanks, the perimeter sump pumps in the lower level parking garage, the hot water heating system, and the fire suppression system( sprinklers ).Additionally I am now entering the world of Legionella control. Water quality issues are quickly becoming the next area of concern for the health care community. I am working with my colleagues formulate some common sense strategies to minimize the threat legionella poses to patients most susceptible to infection.

I qualified to work on more than 150 different individual "jobs".

Built and installed machinery, conveyors, drives, reduction gear boxes, mill rolls, repaired mill housings, assembled shears, inspected and repaired/replaces shear blades, shear housings, hydraulic pumps, and associated systems and components.
