I represent national and regional tenants, as well as providing the management of real estate portfolios for over 30 regional landlords/corporations. In addition I serve as a Portfolio Manager for Corporate Real Estate accounts/portfolios across the nation. I have a depth of experience in consulting services, strategic marketing, valuations, the leasing of commercial real estate, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. I focus on our client’s real estate and operating success through client experiences, operational understanding, and performance results.In addition to serving as a portfolio manager at Greenwood Commercial Real Estate Group, I am serving as Regional Director at Real Clear Software. Real Clear solves the problems that many multi-location corporate occupiers (tenants) face with inaccessible data buried in Excel, manual processes, poor tracking of real estate's correlation with overall financial performance, and lengthy site selection that makes it difficult to secure the best locations before their competitors. Our productivity and analytics platform centralizes all facets of the real estate process and aligns real estate with key operations data to help clients track KPI's that are highly correlated with profitability.
