With the unexpected departure of the initially selected creative agency two months before Land Rover’s inaugural 4xFAR Festival in Coachella CA, myself and a production designer were parachuted in and from scratch, delivered a very successful, brand immersive event.• Develop scope of work for environmental design with $500k budget, supervise and edit the creative design ensuring only executable and financially feasible ideas were presented to economize time and resources given extraordinarily tight timelines.• Develop all briefs and creative decks for all stakeholders including JLR Global Marketing Team and Chase Marketing Strategy Group NA (event underwriter)• Develop SOW and oversaw the bidding, negotiations, bid awards, deposits, engineering redlines, QC, ROS development, logistics, installation and strike oversight• Interviewed and hired for all positions from installers to production designers. Managed a team of 9 direct hires and over 30 labor.• Built all financial budgeting and tracking tools and provided internal stakeholders with daily or weekly snapshots as required.

As an account manager and in-house art director at Prop N Spoon, I provided artistic direction, managed existing client and vendor relationships and generated new business at one of NYC’s largest designer furniture and prop rental, sales and design/build shops. I managed Prop N Spoon’s relationship with Saturday Night Live, reviewing scripts and designing set dressings in close collaboration with SNL’s art direction staff before every weekly show. I also developed and ran Prop N Spoon’s in-house photo studio, coordinating all aspects of photo shoots for Brooks Brothers Home and other home furnishings companies.
