- Frontline support for Palo Alto customers (Break & Fix Solutions).- Supporting platforms such as PA-200 ,PA-500, PA-2000 series, PA-3000 series, PA-4000 Series, PA-5000 series, PA-7050, Panorama appliances and VM Firewall Series.- Working with interfaces such as: Layer3, Layer2, Virtual Wire, Tap, VLAN, and Loopback interfaces.- Resolving issues when there is a network down situation, features or deployment not working as expected.- Handling category support cases from Low to Critical in the following areas:( IPsec S2S VPNs, SSL Remote Access VPNs(Global Protect), Dynamic Routing (OSPF & BGP, rarely always never RIP), Static Routing, Security Features like, Security Policies (ACLs), NAT Policies (Source NAT, Destination NAT, Static NAT, Dynamic NAT, PAT), SSL Decryption (Inbound and Outbound Decryption), DOS Protection, Zone Protection, Layer 7 Features like Application Identification, Content and Threat Detection, URL Filtering, File Blocking, User Identification and Group Identification(LDAP), High Availability (Active-Passive & Active-Active), Local Authentication and Remote Authentication with LDAP, Radius, TACACS, SAML, SD-WAN troubleshooting HUB & Spoke VPN connections.- Supporting Panorama products, Panorama provides an interactive graphical view of applications , URLs, threats, data files, and patterns traversing your PA Network Firewalls, handling all managed firewalls. Panorama solutions: *Device Groups *Templates and Templates stacks *Users, Profiles, Authentication Profiles, LOGS.- Point of contact for beginners, working as a mentor.- Working as Root Access Engineer, supporting issues such us:Timeout scenarios, expiration license, unable to access Panorama or Firewall GUI, Disk space fully utilized, commit issues on Panorama and Firewall, deleting licenses, removing/moving files, restarting stopped processes, etc.
