Public effort to organize ecuadorian migrants from all over the world to COORDINATE actions with local authorities and municipal and state level, We want migrants to introduce projects in local govmnts. We also are talking with mayors of the nation to let them know the needs of ecuadorians who returned to the country and need assistance. New law must be respected and migrants are key players in future locallegislation

Appointed directly by former president of Ecuador, Rafael Correa, as a C levelMinister, in charge of creating and amending current immigration policies, whilebuilding and developing new public infrastructure, and several projects designatedfor Ecuadorian citizens living abroad.At the age of 33 years old, I was the first immigrant to occupy a high-level positionwithin the Government responsible for re-arranging National Policies as well asresponsible to create new executive orders that were passed on and approved bythe President.Together with my team, we were in charge of creating the National Secretary of theMigrant, to provide public services to more than 3 million Ecuadorian living abroad.Many projects that I started and executed are still in place, many of those weredirected towards:> Just to mention a few: Education, new political rights, Entrepreneurship, Politics,Social services, Local governments involvement in the new administrative areas.Health, international cooperation, etc.
