William is a highly skilled and adaptable project manager with over 15 years of experience working in the private and public sectors. He is used to managing complex projects across multiple departments, teams and locations and is highly capable in the matrix management of multiple teams. Working for the last 5 years at FDM, William has completed several placements at a senior management level and in various disciplines including as a Project Manager, Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, an Application Support Manager and as a Policy Professional. ​William is a passionate Relationship Manager and uses his extensive stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully manage his delivery teams and liaise with multiple points of contact within clients. Completing his most recent 2-year placement with Capgemini, these skills have been invaluable in the delivery of several large projects including a major secure data feed change to Child Benefit and he has also introduced the new Economic Crime Levy. As an end-to-end Project Manager, William had the responsibility for all aspects of delivery from the customer-facing side, finances/budgets right through to the agile delivery of multiple projects into Live.
