• Managed an $75+ million, two-year delivery order for the Army to fund over eight projects / efforts supported by the combined eighteen subcontractors.• Established Project management Professional (PMP) processes to plan, execute and closeout efforts using Project Task Forms (PTFs), a Basis of Estimate (BOE) tool that captured requirements, responses, labor, travel and other direct costs.• Derived a conceptual organization of PTFs and requirements into a set of Work Packages (WPs) that categorized related requirements into smaller, manageable efforts to execute and monitor delivery and cost throughout the period of performance (PoP); Oversaw 12 work packages with combined 66 PTFs.

• Served as the Task Lead for biometric project executing on Booz Allen contracts; Managed ~$3 million between five contractor organizations.• Developed a whitepaper to transition the biometric submission and tag, track and locate capabilities into a cloud environment; also defined a holistic identity resolution analytical concept using Cloud technologies including MapReduce, Storm, and the BigTable model.• Served as the cloud transition lead to integrate IREMS capabilities into the INSCOM Red Disk solution (aka Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise (ICITE) Cloud).• Developed widgets within the Ozone Widget Framework (OWF) using Java, Javascript and ExtJS in a Service Oriented Front End Architecture (SOFEA).

Technical Task Order:• Project Manager / Task Lead for six TTOs valued at over $5 million with the following responsibilities: create, execute & monitor and close T&M and FFP TTOs, Financial Management Reports, Monthly Status Reports, & Quarterly Program Manager Reviews.• Interviewed and constructed a team of 12 contractors to provide full life-cycle support to include software development, training, help-desk support, equipment fielding, and software sustainment.• Served as the Software Development Life-Cycle manager using the Feature Driven Development (FDD) agile methodology for over thirteen software releases including a major architectural update for a modular design with multi-server scalability, improved error reporting, and multi-configurable options.• Served as the key computer scientist for advanced C/C++ Object Oriented & device driver development, Python module development, and Bash scripting on Linux platforms (kernels 2.4 and 2.6).

Biometric Engagement:• Integration lead and software engineer for a biometrics-enabled virtual mantrap using the AlertVideo COTS product to trace objects from one camera view to another as an individual navigates through a passageway.• Developed software on the biometrics-enabled virtual mantrap to lock/unlock a door based on a sequence of events for access control.

WiFi Engagement:• Researched and developed testing methodologies and applications to measure jitter and latency with voice and video streaming over WiFi (IEEE 802.11a/b/g) and cellular networks (GSM & CDMA) using Type-1 equipped devices.• Researched and tested several multicast conference applications over wireless mediums.
