Twenty-Five years of experience in the operations, supervision, and management of all aspects of nuclear power plant performance, maintenance, and training. Fifteen years of plant supervision experience. Ten years of hands on and classroom instructor experience.I am a proven task oriented professional with the ability to establish clearly defined goals, manage all available assets, and accomplish goals with outstanding results. I possess several core competencies for effective management and leadership to include but not limited to: Process improvement, training management, project development and evaluation, strategic planning and scheduling.I am looking forward to this transition from the military to the civilian sector, whether the position is in the field of nuclear power or something completely different.
