 Plan, organize, and supervise park maintenance and repairs performed by grounds staff. Responsible for maintaining and implementing improvements throughout parks system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules based on short- and long-term planning. Administer work order system, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget. Review employee work hours and approve payroll. Responsible for districts snow removal operations. Assist with facility and building logistics and outside contracted work.  Prepare monthly board reports, quarterly reports, and KPIs. Continually evaluate effectiveness of maintenance procedures and programs and make changes to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
