Out of district Job Coach for student requiring child study team support. Coach adult students performing food ; processing, inventory,ordering,set up,preparation and distribution work assignments in preparation for unsupervised employment.

Provide Human Resource services to Design Engineering, Business Development, Performance Excellence, etc. Facilitate compensation programs including merit reviews, performance appraisal actions and incentive compensation programs. Partner on open positions, employee development and management counseling. Provide employee relations expertise and conduct investigations. Investigate employee/management concerns, administer policies and assure equality and compliance with the law. Provide council to HR Managers and HR Vice President on HR initiatives.
