Provides Programmatic oversight for Specialized Treatment Services to include Mental Health, Violent Offender, Case Management, and Sexual Behavior Treatment program for Secure State institutions and Halfway houses

Provides overall leadership, administration and direction for Office of Treatment Programs, including sex offender treatment and psychosexual risk assessment and testing. Prepares annual budget plans and justifications, and managed approved Division budget. Serves as principal contact for managing the development of contracts, interagency agreements, and cooperative agreements, and conducted seminars, conferences and orientation sessions for contractors. SME on department policy related to case management, counseling, behavior management and the delivery of sex offender services, and developed and implemented staff training for Juvenile Sex Offender Certified Counselors. Directs all program management support and administrative activities, including program operations and design, financial management, contract and interagency agreement review and administration, cooperative agreements and grants management, procurement, and program support.

Managed and directed activities and functions of Dental, Medical, Mental Health, Case Management, Counseling, Assessment & Orientation, and Intensive Intervention Program. Staff included three institutional program directors, six department heads, and 13 case managers/counselors. Provided the overall management of the Assessment and Orientation Unit(113 beds), and Intensive Intervention Program (67 beds).
