For the last few years, I have worked in client development at CME Group in London, where I now manage a cross asset class sales team focused on futures and OTC cash markets. I am driven by an interest in market dynamics and my strengths are multi-tasking and working with large amounts of data to specifically direct our efforts and improve overall team efficiency. This has been a noticeable success that can be measured. I work well with collaborative people as I am in possession of a high emotional intelligence. In recent times at the exchange, I have added to my responsibilities a global sales team that is, by design focused on low-touch ineractions driven by advances in sales technology. Overall, I have been fortunate to experience the turbulent gyrations of the financial markets and adapt to these. I learn from mistakes and share any successes with my colleagues.
