- Instillation and training of equipment on customer’s site.- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment failure over the phone with customer.- Customer services answer phone calls and send out parts when needed.- Travel about 50% of the time including Canada and oversea for repairs and installation.- Assist manufacturing in assembling and testing the equipment.- Assist in manufacturing procedures and training on manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:-Site Safety Coordinatoor-Perform intermediate gas/chemical troubleshooting and repair of delivery equipment-Perform daily rounds including recording readings, completing safety inspections, monitoring online gas/chemical systems, verifying toxic gas monitoring operations and completing chemical tote/drum and gas cylinder change-outs-Monitor/understand correct liquid bulk delivery procedures for each product on site; perform bulk gas/chemical trailer transfers-Provide information for and initiate proper reporting procedures per on-site policies including, but not limited to: Quality Incident Reports, product acceptance, tank fill, inventory/material usage, bulk gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters and personnel requirements-Assist in the identification and resolution of gas/chemical related semiconductor-manufacturing problems-Coordinate/oversee shift technician activities-Emergency Response Team member/leader-Issues hazardous work permits-Acts as primary customer shift interface-Restart all high purity gas and/or chemical delivery equipment-Participate in customer and Air Liquide programs including, but not limited to: safety, training, operations, and preventive maintenance-Train TGCM Tech Level I, II, III and IV employees-Develop/maintain applicable site-specific work instructions-Comply with all applicable HS&E standards including, but not limited to: PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out Program, Confined Space Entry, etc-Accountable for safety of all persons and general public surrounding facility

• Site Safety Coordinator for several customer locations, responsibilities included: site contact for safety issue or questions, JSA for task being completed, near miss report, incident investigation. • Hold monthly safety meetings for site, train technicians on MSDS’s, go over near miss program and monthly numbers.• Supervise contractors working in hazardous areas insuring procedures and proper PPE is being followed.• Communicate with HSE department on any problems or incidents.• On site Hazmat coordinator.• Install new equipment, write work instructions on steps for changing drums/cylinder and maintenance on system.• Maintenance Lead, responsible for scheduling maintenance in systems, train technicians on gas and chemical system maintenance procedures and coordinate with customer for system repairs.• Train technicians on safety procedures and work instruction for procedures being completed during routine operations.• Worked on the following customer sites: TI-KFAB, TI-DFAB, TI-DMOSV and ST-Carrollton.• Traveled when needed for start-ups or maintenance activities.
