Providing above average customer service is the most important factor in being a sales associate for Rally House. I also keep the store neat and clean by folding shirts, sweeping the store floor, and reorganizing the store layout to prevent overcrowding. Online orders that need to be picked from the store floor and packed for shipping is another responsibility of a sales associate. Working the register with sales, returns, and exchanges.

While at the desk I was responsible for checking members in, adjusting any account information, ringing out any sales, upkeep on tanning beds, any walk in tours of the facility, and resolving any customer problems. while on the gym floor I was to clean specific equipment, assisting any member with equipment, organizing weights properly, and replenishing sanitizing stations. My last responsibility was to completely clean the locker room by mopping the entire floor, cleaning all mirrors, cleaning toilets/showers, and wiping any access water off of the sink counter

Filed and organized important information of possible incoming Thomas More students regarding their high school state test scores, grades, contact information, and personal interests. Also called Thomas More applicants to acquire their interest in attending the university and their state testing scores/GPA. Lastly, I gave campus tours to potential students and their families.
