A Registered Profesional Engineer in the State of Florida and also in Costa Rica. William Pino has been an active member of the Miami community for almost 40 years. He spent almost a decade as president and CEO of The MLS Group. Due to his efforts, the company grew from $4 million in sales to over $45 million. Additionally, William Pino functioned as vice president of engineering for Columbia Engineering, also in Miami. Additionally, Pino has served as president and chief executive officer for numerous companies that he established, including Main Street Engineering, Inc., Municipal Lighting Systems, Inc., and Florida Lighting and Traffic, Inc. He established The MLS Group, Inc., in 2008 in order to serve as a parent company for 14 other businesses including: consulting engineering, product representation, real estate development, advertising, manufacturing and construction. The group eventually grew to account for $45 million in annual sales. Prior to launching his career in Miami, William Pino studied electrical engineering at the University of Costa Rica and he has completed additional specialty training over the years. He speaks Spanish and English fluently and is conversational in several other languages, includingFrench, Greek, Portuguese and Italian.
