I fully believe that computers are tools, and an honest answer to a business client request if something can be done is almost always yes! There is always a solution to every problem, but I also strongly believe that not every request is in the business client's best interest.Regardless of designing a solution, building the solution, managing the build of a solution, or supporting a solution in production, I pride myself with working hand in hand with all parties to ensure a solution is exactly what is needed. Sometimes this requires pushing back against the business, sometimes it requires coaching the business to expand on a short-sighted goals, and often I have found this requires helping IT management understand the NEED and not just go forward with the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).I take a lot of pride in my work, so I always make sure I can be proud of anything I design or build.
