County Sanitation District Of Los Angeles

As part of the Field Engineering staff of inspectors, providing Contract Administration services for the County Sanitation District, through my previous employer (E.P.C. Consultants), I was responsible for observing and reporting the daily progress of the $100 million Waste Water Treatment Plant Outfall/Channel #3 Project in Carson, CA . Duties included: - Oversight of concrete materials batched onsite and placement (pneumatically) - Certifying project adherence to the Public Works “Green Book” and job specifications - Adequacy of third-party material testing - Implementation & verification of sub-contractors safety program for confined space entry - Daily field reporting. Additionally, I administered contracts involving redirection of outfall pipes (trenching, grading, installation R.C.P. and Clay Sewer Pipe, soil compaction) in various parts of L.A. County.

As Resident Inspector (I.O.R) for the City of Garden Grove Redevelopment project, “Harbor Walk”, my responsibilities included, but not limited to, oversight of all material certification for three high rise hotels (Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Crown Plaza Resorts Hotel), co-supervised on site testing lab, and structural design adherence.
