As a Technology Improvement Analyst I had been responsible for delivering projects within the HR Function at Entain Group, a FTSE 100 company and home to familiar brands like: BetMGM, Ladbrokes, Coral and Bwin.I was responsible for delivering our ATS system to our global locations and ensuring the relevant process's are updated in co-ordinance with this. This encompassed system management from pre-application stage to candidate onboarding. Other aspects of this role led me to lead on ensuring system compliance, ensuring user capabilities and leading co-ordinated projects with teams outside of the Talent space.

Rising from being a Front line Food & Beverage assistant, to becoming a Supervisor of one of the UK's largest F&B areas at any UK Attraction.
