Responsible for processing customer orders, Interpretation of customer's manufacturing prints, creating bill of materials when not provided on customer's prints, writting work orders for the shop. Physically checking stock materials for each order. Ordering material when necessary to allow product manufacturing. Outsourcing, including working with outside vendors, requesting quotes, performing costs analisis and negotiating prices, placing orders when necessary to complete our customer's projects. Work with Machine Shop and Fabrication shop Managers and directly with Fitters, Welders , in house Machinists, Painters, in short oversee and help manage projects as they progress throuhgh production. Work directly with customers providing updates, at times to obtain clarification required to enable manufacturing. In addition assist in sales with customer quotes and procurement of new orders. Paticipate in safety committee / First responder.

Every aspect of Sign building/ installation.Started with Egan Signs when Pensky purchased Rollins Truck. Egan Sign manufactured and delivered most of the signs in the East coast. Saw cut Extruded aluminum Fit Welded Sign cabinets, Installed electrical connectors for internal lighting. Following the Pensky project, I installed and assisted other technicians on delivery service and field installations of various signs. At times requiring the operation of Bucket trucks, scissor lifts and other heavy equipment. Customer interaction and satisfaction was also highly recognized as essential at Egan Signs.

Responsible for print interpretation to enable to fit weld customer's products. Frames, Hydrawlic reservoirs and various other projects. Operated, mig welder acetylene cutting torch, Hydrawlic shear and all types of hand power tools as required to prep or modify raw materials for fitting and welding. Utilized tow motor, overhead crane, assisted in training of new welders. Helped with any task necessary to complete the projects. Member of safety committee/ First responder.
