I have been responsible for the broad range of IT responsibilities and overseen the growth and maturity of M.E. Flow’s utilization of technology. I have had the pleasure of leading M. E. Flow’s IT initiatives from the use of paper forms and processes through the adoption of modern processes utilizing a combination of third party and custom in-house software systems allowing for the adoption of enterprise level processes while maintaining a small to medium size business’s IT budget.

Responsible for project design feasibility review, sourcing, production, quality control, delivery and installation of small to million dollar precast bridge projects. This required consulting to private, state and federal customers as well as consulting with Contech’s production facilities.

My primary responsibilities at Sunrise Senior Living were responding to incoming customer service requests. I was also allowed to improve software procedures and troubleshoot issues involving information technologies, I was able to develop training documents on the use of all software and systems used by the customer service and refund team for multiple software systems and to revise and improve the resident refund process during a software upgrade from PeopleSoft version 7 to version 8.
