• Lead the food service and hospitality across 2 regions including 40 sites with varying offers. Generating over £12million sales last year.• Recognised as a key influencer across the business at all levels to deliver the food service strategy. Since working with them, I have 2 regional managers and several senior branch managers who have become promoters of the benefits of hospitality within their operations. I recently worked with a branch to deliver a brand new cafe offer, delivering 60% year on year sales increase and fantastic customer feedback. Throughout the year I deliver a series of product changes across all my sites effectively and with a high degree of compliance. • On trend with changes to the industry through media and regular competitor visits.• Collaborates with onsite leaders to ensure effective recruitment, supporting them directly where needed and providing advice for future career development of my colleagues.

• Developed and delivered creative CSR policies and strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Including projects and themes for use in press, PR and marketing. E.g. The Great British Bee Count.• Represented the business to NGOs and government steering groups, working with them to develop key policies.

• Delivered commercial and operational store layouts for the sales floor and back of house areas of all Waitrose formats. Ensuring the layouts maximise the guest and partner experience within the space available. • Engaged with key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure great store delivery.• Delivered several business wide projects which realised additional sales space, improving the store environment and the guest experience.

• Represented the Implementation Team in branches during the delivery of phased selective investment projects, closures, new branch openings and roll out of commercial projects. I influenced partners at all levels and wider project stakeholders. It required strong analytical skills and the drive to deliver projects under tough conditions.
