While working for three months, five days a week, on the delivery truck I took it upon myself to get educated on the many products of Relax the Back and the benefits that accompanied them. Once I had working knowledge of these products, I requested to work sales. Upon doing so, I began to work seven days a week for the next 13 months. During this time I hit the part-time sales goal of $20,000 11 out of the 13 months, and, 6 out of those 11 months, as a part-time sales associate, I exceeded the $35,000 goal of a full-time sales associate. Nonetheless, I continued to work Delivery throughout the week. In doing so, I maintained clean and safe work environments, maintained adequate amounts of truck supplies and inventories, physically received inventories, and greeted and assisted customers through the Relax the Back experience.
