I lead the Business Development efforts for key strategic clients while executing new programs and service expansion strategies. This includes managing specific business development activities for the Defense Sector, targeting DISA, other supporting agencies and the IC community. In addition, Bill has continued to remain active with the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA) member since 1985. Bill also serves on the USO Metropolitan Washington Board of Directors. USO-Metro is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity, which supports servicemembers and their families.

William (Bill) Sapp is responsible for managing business development activities for the Defense Sector, targeting DISA, other supporting agencies and military departments leading to the expansion of new business. This encompasses the full business development lifecycle of networking, opportunity identification, qualification, strategic positioning, and working across functionally with Capture, Project Management, and the direct agency sales teams

Served as President of Ultra Electronics Criticom, the secure video communications experts, where his vision lead the company’s growth strategy. Bill also served as an Officer for parent company, Ultra Electronics, within the Tactical Systems Division in support of the Special Security Agreement (SSA).
