    I am primarily responsible for assisting and training both internal and external users of our systems using guidelines and SOPs that I independently designed, developed, and compiled that allow us to quickly identify and tailor the training approach to the individual user and to effectively transfer knowledge to them. I am responsible for developing, compiling, and executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guaranteeing seamless operations within the organization. As part of the escalations team, I handle higher-level calls and cases, ensuring their timely resolution with minimal brand impact. Additionally, I assist in testing changes to our algorithmic-powered listing verification database and software, contributing to the enhancement of our technological infrastructure.
