Bill is the founder and Creative Director of Visual Wright; a multi-disciplinary creative studio in the heart of the Chicago Loop.Beginning his career as an illustrator and retoucher, Bill is one of the most seasoned artists in the Chicagoland area, being sought out by top companies and ad agencies for his precision in his craft. With over 25 years of innovative and award-winning expertise in visual effects and product engineering, Bill has had the opportunity to launch ground-breaking projects, such as a billboard-mounted sundial with precision timing for McDonald’s, and the first ever man-made rainbow with display system to accurately simulate refraction and dispersion of light by water droplets using advanced hydro-engineering. As the Creative Director at Visual Wright, Bill oversees a team of artists to collaborate with clients worldwide to help execute even their most fanatical of visions in an artistic, efficient, and often unconventional way. He pushes his studio in innovation and technological advancement, including expertise in CGI, 360 video, and VR. Bill’s work has been awarded numerous industry awards, including Cannes, Clio and ADDY’s.Bill has also been a leader in high-resolution astronomical imagery, where his work on a 360 degree panorama of the Milky Way Galaxy was featured on a NOVA special documentary, and is currently utilized by planetariums and museums around the world.
