I advise clients in all areas of real estate, from leasing, formation and financing, to real estate development. I uniquely focus in common interest development matters. I also have a robust estates and trust practice, meeting the needs of the executives of my many business and real estate clients.I initially focus on analyzing the issues to determine a range of solutions. Scherer in 1993. I am a member of the business law, real estate, intellectual property, and estates and trusts sections of the California State Bar, and a member of the San Francisco Bar Association.
