Responsible for creating and delivering training for Associates in 11 western states, to help drive results and engagement.

Managing 10 field associates handling all of Colorado. I am responsible for hiring, of associates, monitoring their daily claims loads and territories. Other duties consist of re-inspecting my associates’ claims for technical accuracy and quality, replying to DOI complaints along with helping with difficult claims.Head up all storm responses in Colorado and Wyoming for automotive losses.I have taken my current team from the middle of the pack with in our 11 state claims zone to the # 1 claims team in the zone in 2011 and in the top 3 for the last 3 years.

Providing training to all Material Damage Reps, on technical repair data.
