William Sears is the Sr Vice President of Hotels, Residences and Transitions for C12 Capital, Sardis Developments and The Loren Hotel Group. In this role, William oversees all aspects of Property Operations, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle Programming & Residence Management.With over 20 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, William brings design, conception and project management together with the operational know-with-how to execute at the highest level. Prior to working with The Loren Hotels, William's most proud of his experiences working for Costas Spiliadis to expand Estiatorio Milos to Dubai, opening the Times Square Edition Hotel with John Fraser, developing/creating FIELDTRIP with JJ Johnson, and bringing Fig & Olive to Los Angeles with Greg Galy.William has received numerous accolades, including the Frances Roth Hospitality Leadership Award and has been fortunate to be apart to multiple Michelin Stars and favorable New York Times Reviews.
