  The Chief Financial Officer is responsible to the President and the Board of Directors for the daily oversight of the financial management system, ensuring the guidance and policies of the board are disseminated throughout MVI. The CFO has final review and approval of financial matters as dictated and/or delegated by the President and Board of Directors for areas under his/her budgetary control. The CFO ensures that the financial management and reporting are properly carried out in accordance with MVI’s accepted accounting principles, which are in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. The CFO is also responsible for the oversight and training of accounting department staff in the performance of their assigned duties and compliance with MVI’s internal controls.
