My responsibilities encompass a wide array of functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, employment law and compliance, compensation and Benefits Administration, and HR information systems; Ultimately fostering a positive workplace culture.Outside of the professional realm, I take pride in my role as a devoted father to four wonderful children—Jackson, Michael, Lucas, and Addison—and as a supportive husband to my wife Lauren.
