Senior systems analyst was my title. I supported mainframe COBOL systems until 2012 when we moved off the mainframe. I wrote 19 extract scripts to resource data from the mainframe to UNIX and Oracle. I also supported Gold warehouse system using Oracle sql and UNIX scripts from 2005 to 2018. To monitor order flow from store to warehouse, I developed a website, STORE ORDER MONITORING, which monitored 10 possible failure points, and accessed 5 different databases including SQL server at store level. I utilized Accordion Panels to show 30 possible lookups by Helpdesk, Warehouse, and IT users. This enabled us to find problems with orders, or order flow when a server was down, much faster and gave us real time access to order flow.

Wrote COBOL and CICS and DYL280 programs for reports and system support. Supported the year 2000 transition for retail systems. Then supported the move from Chain Stores to EXE warehouse system in 13 divisions across the United States.

Santa Ana, Ca

Wrote COBOL programs and DYL280 programs for reports. Was project manager for the upgrade of their CYBORG HR-Payroll system which was three releases behind. Conducted user meetings and wrote over 100 programs to facilitate the upgrade. The upgrade was successful.

Arcadia

Mainframe programmer in IDMS COBOL and CICS and DYL280. Developed an update system to provide current retails to all Vons stores. This ran nightly. Worked to support Chain Stores warehouse system.
