I firmly believe that customer loyalty is earned and impacted when you employ the right service professional to represent the company; someone, who not only has high product knowledge, but who is also friendly, timely and proactive in meeting the needs of the agents as well as the customers efficiently.My 12 years’ experience working for this company, and specifically working in Priority Resolutions, has taught me to meet and always exceed each agent’s and customer’s expectations in an efficient and through manner. I was in a leadership position over 80 Plus agents based in 2 locations of Florida. I have assisted individuals in different work settings, multi-tasking multiple programs and always keeping a positive attitude in my face to face interactions with Priority Resolution professionals. Agent loyalty is as important as our customer loyalty, and cultivating that is, I feel, the duty of every supervisor and of the utmost importance for the team.I worked as a Direct Sales Coordinator for a team of 240 plus representatives who go door to door for the company. I work with many aspects of the team to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible for the representatives as well as the Supervisors, Managers and Directors. Currently I am working as a Sales Analyst for our Direct Sales Operations group. This role has given me insight into the amount of work behind the scenes that goes into making a team like Direct Sales function.
