With the integration of Result Measurement & Learning unit of each project under AIP-RURAL into one separate entity outside each respective project's organizational chart, William's position are effectively transferred into AIP-RURAL. Keeping all his previous task and responsibilities, William add periodic report aggregation for PRISMA into his list of responsibilities, providing preliminary support the final aggregation's process by the AIP-RURAL's aggregator. William also play a role in the establishment and development of the program's proactive and practical environment approach concept note, which was culminated into the pilot study for measuring environmental impact qualitatively along the sector's specifically addressed value chain. Both the pilot and concept note were utilized as a basis for the program's updated Environmental Management Strategy - where William also take part as one of the documents' writer. The sub-sector in Indonesia where William work on this period include the following: Vegetables (East Java, NTB & NTT), Fertilizer (East Java, NTB & NTT) and Seaweed (Papua & West-Papua)

Progressing as a Senior Business Consultant, William expand his role with managing a small task team dubbed field researcher - whose purpose is to provide field support in gathering business information & monitoring activities backup, as well as provide support on the environmental issues. All in addition to various tasks readily conducted in the previous position, which include impact assessments for the assigned interventions. Moving to international development industry, William started his role as a business consultant in result measurement field (previously dubbed as result measurement coordinator) and start learning development monitoring and evaluation under PSD (Private System Development)/M4P (Making Market Works for the Poor) approach, an approach developed, nurtured and maintained by the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED). In this assignment, William provide practical result measurement insight, technical support and second opinion/feedback for the implementation team related to the developed business model on the assigned interventions - all in addition to helm impact assessments for the assigned interventions. William also make use of his opportunity here to further his experience working in environmental issues. Filling in our late Import Manager's job, as she left the company in late September. Handling the import procurement of several items such as imported feed raw materials, spare parts/equipment for feedmill machines, hatchery, breeding farm, poultry slaughterhouse, and its further processing (all for more than 6 distinct business units under more than 4 different companies in the group).I also monitor the stock level and take part in forecasting future raw material needs as well as adjusting its usage preference depend on its price/quality/issues together with the nutritionist & marketing. As in my previous positions, I also still have to monitor and forecast the price and take care of some issues with our suppliers especially regarding the shipment schedule, purchase terms, damage claims, ETC - where a lot of macro economic factors both in Indonesia/world wide may affect the price of imported raw material such as exchange rate, trade limitation, outbreak of disease, ETC.
