Managing a team while also being a working foreman. I can work independently and also with a team. I wouldn’t have anyone in the team do a task that I wouldn’t do myself as long as safety isn’t compromised. In previous jobs management has said I have a gift of being able to picture and build in 3D in my head before executing. At the time I was young and didn’t give it much thought. Now that I’m a little older I realized that gift has given me the opportunities that I have achieved. In the past when problems or situations have come up that I couldn’t answer I would find myself researching/learning so that I could figure out the best solution because that just me.
