DevOps responsible for creation and support of 50 QA and Development Labs ON and Off Shore. Gathered the requirements to design 3 new Development Labs with-in the remodeled IT Building. Managed Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to provide POS QA testing at their Off Shore facility in Kolkata India.  Collected the WAN/LAN POC Phase requirements to support the TCS QA off shore Lab.  Acquire hardware required at the off shore location for POC.  Worked with Partners to arrange packing and transportation of the POS hardware to send to the Off Shore location. After a successful POC, Worked with Partners to arranging packing and transportation of the rest of POS hardware to send to the Off Shore location. Managed Capgemini to provide POS QA testing at their Off Shore facility in Mumbai India.  Worked with Partners to arrange packing and transportation of the POS hardware from the TCS Lab facility in Kolkata India to the Capgemini's Off Shore facility in Mumbai India.  Worked directly with the Capgemini Management and Technical staff to connect their Mumbai and Bangalore India facilities with the Meijer Corporate network.  Worked to resolve Wan Connection, Firewall, and VM takeover issues in Mumbai and Bangalore used to support the Meijer Corporate Secure and Non Secure Environments, Capgemini is contracted to support.

Product Owner of 15,000+ remote Store Based Wi-Fi connected devices, Store Wi-Fi Infrastructure, application performance, Corporate connections, and Store Wireless Security investigation and Industry compliance. Supported Wi-Fi Devices: Deli Scales, Customer Price Interfaces, Handheld scanner, Laptops, Portable Printers, and Customer Credit Interfaces( Apple iPads). Coordinated with Manufactures and Sales Partners to: Create support and maintenance contracts (Master Agreements) for Wi-Fi mobile devices.  Implement mobile device updates; OS, Security, Browser SSL and TSL Certificates, Wi-Fi Encryption and Protocol . Replace End of Life device functionality with new devices, to work seamlessly and securely in the Meijer Environment.Device Management Tools: Symbols Air Beam Mobile Device Management tool , I Implemented Motorola's Mobile Services Platform (MSP) to replace Air Beam, and Implemented Airwatch to replace MSP. Defined/Coordinate the Creation, Managed, and Support of custom Meijer Wi-Fi tools for device tracking and inventory. Coordination with Meijer Corporate Store Infrastructure for remote device and infrastructure Security, Encryption, and Protocols. Requested to participated in the Digital Transformation Project, for my Subject Matter Expert (SME) with wireless devices and infrastructure.
