Director Of Hvac Contractor Management
Current• Build customer satisfaction and gross margin generation. • Develop common approaches and consistent relationships with our installation contractors by leveraging metrics around time to installation, monthly installation, volume throughput, margin, budget, and schedule.• Ensure common contractor accountability, training, and orientation toward management best practices and safety.• Elevate partnership function toward exceptional customer delivery with a “can do” culture of efficiency, customer focus, and creative problem-solving.• Facilitates positive working relationships with contractors, regional and national, focused on a broad scope of thousands of customer sites in the restaurant (QSR), retail, and enterprise markets.• Ensure adherence to schedule and lead recovery efforts when delays are encountered to minimize impact to overall HVAC replacement completion timelines.• Lead regular team meetings with installation contractors and client representatives to ensure frequent communication on project progress.• Interface with HVAC Project Management teams, scheduler(s), and leadership with the purpose of understanding their project needs and concerns and facilitating communication with installation contractors.• Interface with Strategic Partnerships and Business Development representatives to identify, review, and negotiate with new installation contractors.• Interface with other partner departments, including Customer Management, Service & Maintenance, and General Solutions teams to accomplish company goals.• Drive common standards and excellence in ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of our customer solutions, by working directly with contractors to facilitate strong working partnerships.
