Lead Hardware Engineer for GMHD UHF Data link system design for the U.S. Navy’s Global Hawk fleet. Exercised the Technical Management and Planning (TMAP) process, along with tailoring the Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP). Developed the System Design Requirements (SDR), and requirements tracking in DOORS. I derived the Design Verification Matrix to insure 100 % circuit and function coverage. I was responsible for all aspects of the electrical design /documentation, including writing the Acceptance Test Procedure for the airborne receiver and ground-station transmitter/monitor.

·Responsible in the Radar Center for Exciter and Receiver design including design and control with GPS, DDS, PLL, Frequency synthesizer circuit topologies. ·Extensive design experience in low noise, ultra low power microcontroller based circuits for battery powered field deployed systems. ·Discrete transistor, Instrumentation Amplifier, Op Amp, and SMPS Analog design along with interfacing a multitude of various transducers. ·ADC / DAC Data Conversion Design.·Optical Sensors. ·Video Compression. ·IPT Leadership Experience with multi-discipline team·Guidance and Imaging with Stinger, and SM3 Missile Systems. ·I have held an active DOD secret security clearance since 1989.

Worked as a non-degreed Engineer while obtaining BSEE degree. Responsible in this Electro-Optics research facility for diversified aspects of system development and aircraft integration of prototype optical systems. Duties included circuit design with an emphasis on low noise techniques, and minimizing EMC/ damping vibration utilizing state of the art equipment.
