In highschool I worked part time (30 hours a week) at my local McDonald's. I learned very valuable skills such as customer service and managing employees. I was not a manager, but was promoted to a crew leader which is just under the management position. with this role I was responsible for training new employees and making sure employees stayed on track especially when the store was super busy.
