Overseeing Palantir Foundry Platform Data Portfolio in Supply Chain

• Promoted data literacy across the 13 Country Offices in the Southern Africa region and the Regional Bureau of Johannesburg (RBJ) through capacity-building trainings (in-person/remote) with WFP’s corporate data tools (MoDa, DOTS/Foundry, Tableau)• Conducted data assessment missions to Malawi and Madagascar to update their Data Roadmaps to align with TEC’s new Country Office Digital Playbook, provided targeted technical support for various data workflows in the CO, and better understand the CO’s context, challenges and capacity to better anticipate their needs and assistance required. • Conducted a periodic Data Working Group with RBJ Heads of Units/Data Stakeholders to discuss data initiatives, pain points, and needs, as well as supporting the Madagascar and Malawi CO to develop working group for their data work. • Developed and conducted the virtual RBJ Data Day 2021 (July 15, 2021) to promote the region’s understanding of WFP’s vision for data, showcase the promising and impactful data initiatives in the region, display and provide updates on WFP’s corporate data tools, and connect those in the region working on similar data problems. The event included 8 sessions with considerable attendance of 200-300+/per sessions and favorable reviews afterwards.• Developed and supported the Madagascar CO to digitize their School Feeding Ecosystem. The workflow included mapping out their pain points, training respective CO, Sub offices, and School Feeding Official Stakeholders, developing a data collection and transformation pipeline, and visualizing those findings in dashboards to generate insights. • Served as workflow owner for two RBJ projects: 1) EPR Central Data Repository and 2) VAM Coverage Tool. Tasks included mapping out the previous and desired workflow, identifying DOTS as the appropriate platform for the new workflow, and working with DOTS/Foundry developers on the back and front end to develop the prototype solutions for the users.

• Served as an Evaluation Manager for a Baseline Study for the $30 Million USDA McGovern-Dole Program. Responsibilities include coordinating with external stakeholders of the national government and other U.N. agencies, managing study budget, and proving technical oversight of the report. • Co-designed, documented and implemented Country Office’s Monitoring and Evaluation system leading to improved data flows, programming, and learning amongst staff, implementing partners, and government partners. • Co-developed and executed Country Office Workplan for Monitoring and Evaluation Division• Developed and produced periodic monitoring reports to inform and improve programming • Planned, collected, and analyzed data for WFP process, outcome, and output monitoring • Developed budget and co-design for the five-year Country Strategic Plan (2019-2023). • Assisted in digitizing all Country Office and Sub-offices’ M&E Processes

• Served as a Team Lead on the Theory of Change USAID Food for Peace Development Food Security Activity (DFSA) Burkina Faso proposal, designing and integrating inputs as the Prime contractor on income, production, health and nutrition, finance, governance, and resilience sectors. • Managed a $24 million USAID Integrated Community Agriculture and Nutrition Activity – Uganda proposal with ACDI/VOCA as a subcontractor. • Managed and co-wrote a $10 million USAID Request for Information proposal on Microenterprise Development in Laos.• Coordinated the Leveraging Economic Opportunities (LEO) three-year, $7.9 million USAID-funded research contract, to advance knowledge and dissemination on market systems. Tasks included mobilization of consultants and development of budgets and budget narratives for in-country assessments and thematic studies. • Coordinated a portfolio of market systems and agricultural development USAID projects –RADP-N (Afghanistan), SHOPS II (Liberia), CDP (Ethiopia/Liberia). Provided project oversight including contract management, project start-up, financial management, mobilization of consultants, procurements, and payments processing. • Co-authored a LEO study on the “Trade Opportunities and Sanitary and Phytosanitary Challenges within the Maize and Livestock Value Chains in West Africa.” The countries studied included Cote d’Ivoire, Mali, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Nigeria. • Managed a $40 million USAID Feed the Future Senegal Cultivating Nutrition proposal. Tasks included participation in the consortium workshop in-country, conducting a needs assessment, designing activities, developing final targeting figures, and submission of final written deliverables to prime. • Organized and monitored the new business pipeline for the Technical Learning department and ACDI/VOCA to ensure timely, adequate, and strategic allocation of resources to current and future solicitations.

• Developed a survey to collect national rice data on 7,000 households to monitor Côte d’Ivoire’s stated goals of becoming self-sufficient in local rice by 2016 and a regional exporter by 2020. • Designed, coordinated, and managed a weeklong workshop to train 40 field agents on data collection in rice production, transformation, and commercialization. • Identified and initiated a long-term strategy for a partnership between the National Office of Rice Development and the National School Cafeteria Organization to replace imported rice with local rice in 5,000 primary, middle, and secondary schools. This partnership aims to curb child malnutrition, increase school attendance rates, and promote economic development amongst stakeholders along the rice value chain. • Identified and mapped the availability of 5,000 hectares of rice production in a feasibility study with the Schaffer International Group and International Green Structures to construct sustainable and social housing from rice straw.

• Traveled to Brussels, Belgium and Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire as a member of a 3-person team to conduct 28 interviews with state, non-state, and international stakeholders for the 2015 presidential elections in Côte d’Ivoire. • Co-authored and presented an electoral security assessment framework that profiles the drivers and mitigating factors for electoral violence in the 2015 presidential elections in Côte d’Ivoire with targeted recommendations.

• Managed and provided training in an agricultural database of 315 projects that served 22,000 host and refugee families, leading to improved coordination and delivery of services among humanitarian actors working in the border region between Liberia and Côte d’Ivoire.• Initiated, managed, and moderated the 2012 Liberia-Côte d’Ivoire Cross-Border Conference that convened humanitarian actors from the governments of Liberia and Cote d’Ivoire, UN agencies, international NGOs, and other stakeholders to address the three pillars of food security, land tenure, and social cohesion.• Drafted, edited, and finalized the logical framework for the 2012 Liberia-Côte d’Ivoire Cross-Border Initiative proposing $400 million worth of programming activities to be delivered in the short and medium terms. • Provided national assessments and recommendations on access to markets and finance for rural communities that aligned with the FAO and country’s poverty reduction strategy.

• Wrote and received a grant for $3069 through Peace Corps Partnership Project for the construction of a community Moringa tree nursery and plantation and the building of 3 water pumps in neighboring villages. • Trained and guided 7 Cooperatives of 175 village women in the administering of Village Savings and Loans Associations, permitting women to save and distribute credit from a communal fund. During this one-year period, women were able to collectively save $1800. • Designed and led a 4-week business skills workshop and 10-week summer program for female students at the local high school to help pay their school fees. Through a grant from the Friends’ of Togo Initiative, scholarships covering all school fees were offered to 15 girls who presented the most compelling and innovated business proposals. • Initiated and monitored a college fund with 128 high school students, two teachers and a local microfinance organization to raise $600 during the 2009-10 school year.

• Investigated customer payment claims through email and phone support, and referred problems to appropriate operations teams for prompt and effective resolution.• Reviewed and contested 250 chargebacks per week, ranking number one in quality and efficiency on team.
