Provides onsite IT support, IT/Business integration role and project management services at the Carrier Collierville Plant in Tennessee. • Project Leader for Physical Inventory coordinating all of the IT initiatives:o Implementation of Mobile Device Management (Mobi Control) on CK31 Scanners that are used for Physical Inventory, SFDC (shop floor data collection) and other shop floor application.o Set up CK31 scanners and QL-420 Zebra Printers. • Supports Glovia ERP business applications for Carrier Collierville & Indianapolis Plants for the following modules:o Engineering, Costing, Purchasing, Contracts, MPS, MRP, Work Orders, Inventory and Supplier Link.• Project Leader for Glovia Work Order management implementation:o Automated WO/SO that was manually created saving 17.5 per hours of week and improving the business process by removing cost avoidance and human error.• Project Leader for Replenishment of Supermarket Items:o Automate the manual triggered replenishment signal done today by the scanners.o Improve stocker productivity, decrease inventory levels, and create lean concepts. • Project Leader for the upgrading of Glovia ERP application to new hardware and database for Collierville and Indianapolis plants. • Project Leader for Factory Shipping Order application that will be web base design that will replace existing clipper/fox pro application.
