Ensure the Manufacturing assets in assigned areas meet business unit goals, for reliability, productivity, capability, maintainability. Provide equipment design and capability knowledge to the Manufacturing teams, in support of achieving business unit goals. Work with Manufacturing teams to analyze and determine root cause of equipment-based failures and to design and implement improvements to address these failures. Work with Manufacturing teams to plan and prioritize the design improvements for the asset and to coordinate additional design work that will be completed by Engineering. Work with Reliability Specialists to ensure the Equipment Maintenance Program of the asset is being suitably addressed. Implement projects that deliver improvements to asset’s equipment reliability, productivity, capability.
