My professional practice focuses on large issue litigation and the conduct of complex negotiations, domestically and internationally in the following fields: collective bargaining, employment law, government relations, health law, human rights, internal investigations, international labour standards, inquests, labour relations, occupational health & safety, pension law and privacy law.I display 'aggressive patience' in handling sensitive legal matters. This technique was developed over many years in dealing with: the most complex and challenging labour relations matters domestically and at the ILO in Geneva; negotiating large litigious settlements such as the first compensation package for victims of HIV tainted blood and blood products and class action settlements in decades old pension claims.
