To manage Fixed Income and Securitization teams responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all Fixed Imcome and Securitization transactions,to include swaps, foreign exchange,structure products and otc derivatives transactions.To manage and actively contribute to Straight Through Processing （STP） initiatives and workflow re-engineering.To continually review Fixed Income and Securitization workflows to maximize operational efficiency,mitigate operational risk and minimize transaction costs.To ensure the Fixed Income and Securitization procedures as set down in the Operations manual are adhered to,reviewed, revisied and documented.To ensure all queries from customers and branches are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.To initiate,update and ensure data integrity of the front office and back office system for the purpose of STP.Monitoring of Equity, FX OTC option and Equity,FX Accumulator expiry or exercised.

To authorize day to day securities trade settlements to ensure trades settled promptly and accurately.To coordinate and liaise with Middle Office and other departments as well as external brokers and nostro agents to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Review daily exception reports/nostro and custodian reconciliation break.Prompt follow-up and reslove on any discrepancies and deviations.To participate in ad hoc management projects and system enhancements.Handle internal account transfer,scripless conversion of physical certificates and portfolio asset transfer.Instruct FX department to process foreign exvhange trades.

Handle physical certificate conversion into scripless with the assistance of Legal and Compliance on the procedures/process.Inputting and authorization of settlement instructions （MT54x）via SWIFT to custodian in Merva system.Responsible for the daily trade matching and processing and follow up on fails and resolutions.Liaise with brokets/dealers,custodian banks,middle office and relationship managers to reslove trade-related issues,discrepancies and queries.Responsible for trade capture, settlements and trade confirmations.Ensure prompt responese to RM/ARM queries on trade related issues and discrepancies.Provide daily reports on fails and cash projection.Work alongside with the cash management unit on cash entries, trade settlement unit to determine entitlement on settled transactions.Work closely with the counterparts and sub custodians within the bank's global network to ensure timely settlement of entitlements.To identify and investigate stock and cash breaks relating to all mandatory and discretionary corporate action events,whlist liaison with internal reconciliations team to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation items.Monitor the registration and scripless conversion of equities for the local market, responsible for daily cash and securities account reconciliation and processing trades for regional markets.Managing a settlement team of a group of 2,ensure daily transactions are timely and accurately processed.Assignment of ProjectInvolve in system testing for upgrading in settlement and securities transfer platform.Swift Messages Standard -ISOI5022Operation Excellence （OE）-Streamline settlement workflow and system enhancement.
