Currently I am a second year graduate student in the department of Mathematical Sciences at Texas A&M University. I have a M.S. in mathematics with a strong emphasis on theoretical physics. My current interests lay in differential geometry, algebraic topology, and cosmology. I specifically have been reading into Riemannian geometry, topological quantum field theories and vertex operator algebras, as related to two dimensional conformal field theories, as potential interest areas. I've recently worked on a scalar dark matter theory in collaboration with Dr. Sarah Raynor of Wake Forest University and Dr. Hubert Bray of Duke University. I also have previous research in the field of partial differential equations, with an emphasis on numerical works and applications to population dynamics in ecological systems. This work was done along side Dr. Quinn Morris. In addition, I practiced as a research assistant in Appalachian State University's ion trap laboratory under the guidance of Dr. Calamai. We are also explored ruby florescence and quantum emissions to create a new senior level laboratory for atomic physics at Appalachian State and other universities.
