In the emerging new era of digital platforms and Video on Demand Apps, United Television Media was formed to disrupt the current status regarding TV shows and movies using new technologies that launched the a la carte or self-choice selection platforms cable television companies adopted on Video on Demand services. • Using new technologies and applications, the company delivered from a library of over 6000 films and TV shows to wholesale clients such as Cable TV operators and Digital Media Platforms. The distribution of the content was provided as a Video on Demand service. (Pay per view or as a subscription service).• Developed and spearheaded the product sales process and implemented it, reaching over 10 million homes

TELEVISION As a founder of Telco Television Corporation (TTC) and serving in the CEO role, I was the person who set the strategy, created the buisness plan and hired the staff to launch the two wholly owned LLC's, the National Telco Television Consortium (NTTC) and ViviCast Media (VCM).NTTC and VCM provide a turnkey solution for managing the relationship between television programming groups and the multi-channel television service providers with an emphasis on IPTV and Internet TV affiliate licensing rights. NTTC and VCM currently represent over 30 different programming groups and well over 300 channels in both standard definition and high definition services.

I hired and lead a team that created a unique telecom focused software product designed to service smaller tier 2 and 3 telephone companies. I was able to coordinate an in depth "renaissance" of the product's development and applications including streamlining standard pricing policies and go to market processes. While working with the software development team on the product and investors on the restructuring I led the way and developed favorable terms and completed for the sale of firm which was completed in 2003.

I directly managed the company's relationships with HP, Cisco, Sun, Network Appliance and others including the more than $40 million dollar investments made by these companies. I was able to exploit and leverage these relationships to bring new business into this Service Provider including Internet store fronts, Content Delivery Providers, Application Service Providers and others interested in managed collocation, broadband network, and shared OSS/BSS solutions and services. I established a team that identified, analyzed, evaluated and implemented new products and services through decisive leadership, strategic partnerships, process creation and control, inter-departmental teamwork, strategic planning and the use of emerging technologies for this Service Provider to Multi-family Housing. With over 2 million homes passed and over 1 million subscribers in 15 markets, the company provided Analog and Digital Cable TV, High speed Internet access, local telephone service as a CLEC, and other related products to this industry.

I founded this consultant firm that negotiated and managed the international telecommunications agreements for the clients like MCI, Sprint and Telecom USA. The firm represented US L.D Carriers desiring a direct relationship with specific countries telephone networks and later represented foreign carriers in some deregulated countries interested in direct US carrier relationships.

I developed a 31 state territory and sold Telecom Carrier Services products and services to other Long Distance telephone companies. Averaged $4 million in incremental revenue each year, totaling 16 million in annual carrier services revenues. MCI purchased Telecom*USA in December 1990.
