As the Special Events and Facility Sales Manager for Please Touch Museum (Memorial Hall), I had the pleasure of selling one of the grandest and most historically significant buildings in the city of Philadelphia. I was responsible for building relationships with initial leads and contracting all private events within the museum. I also partnered with the museum executive team to grow revenue and create a positive, reciprocal relationship with the Brulee Catering. In addition, I handled the operational and facility management aspects of the events and worked to achieve excellent levels of customer service with the client, their vendors and their guests.
